			<description>I've used &lt;a href="http://www.codingmonkeys.de/subethaedit/"&gt;SubEthaEdit from CodingMonkeys&lt;/a&gt; for awhile now.  It hasn't always been my #1 choice for PHP IDE, however, it is a really sleek product.  It's got some features that no other editors have, primarily focused around the collaboration abilities.  The idea is that multiple people can use and edit the same document, something we see all the time at work. </description>
