Darn it! Something Bigger May Be Wrong Here

I switched to Flock, and you know what? I dig it! It’s really nice, and it’s got some great features to boot!

However – this is after a day’s work. Know what else slowly swallowed my RAM? Firefox.

Its Geckos fault.
No matter what Gui you are using.
One of the reasons why Nokia have choosen Webkit Over Gecko for their phones.

That’s not true. I use Camino at home, that’s Gecko. I don’t think it’s Gecko core, I think it’s when you add XUL.

I used Camino as well a few days ago, and it produced more RAM than Safari does after a days of work. In fact, it almost brought my 640 MB Powerbook into crawl. Gecko is just big, complex and pretty buggy. I suggest you continue using it, but restart it 1-2 times a day. That’s what I do.
